3.MC BATTLE- Competition for young street MC( has been thought to mean a number of acronyms
such as Microphone Controller, Mic Checka, Music Commentator, and one who Moves the Crowd)
is given the chance to Battle with similar and to look who aim more abruptly
Direct energy to a creative force.

Festival is non-profit.Festival is free for everyone. No alcohol allowed.
LOCATION:Festival is open-air will locate in urban district near Baltiс train station(Balti jaam) in
front of former Kalinin Factory.Program start at 14:00.
